Insurance
The organizers cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to any person or property, or for additional expenses resulting from any changes, whatever their cause.
It is recommended that participants arrange their health and travel insurance.
Personal Data
The information collected during the registration process will only be used to process your registration and to send you information about the Summit. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the 3rd GWTO-OMET Global Summit on Responsible Wine & Food Tourism.
We inform you that the Summit will be filmed so, by registering, you are consenting to the collection and dissemination of images where your person may be included.
Accreditation
Arrive early to the Summit venue to do your accreditation. Be practical and use your mobile phone with the QR code that was sent to you by email.
Summit Badge
All participants must collect a name badge from the registration desk at the venue's main entrance. To ensure security, wearing the badge is mandatory throughout the Summit, including at social programme events.
WiFi
WiFi service will be available during the Summit. Access the network indicated.

Certificates
